[Workers] Add storage decision ladder example - #32671

- **Issue:** The new component import uses a direct `.astro` file path (`~/components/StorageDecisionTree.astro`), while the existing import on the previous line uses the `~/components` barrel (`import { Render, Details } from "~/components";`).
